Like thicknessers, drum sanders can snipe the end of boards if they are not sufficiently supported on indeed and outfeed. You can do this manually, but you need to be nimble to catch the board on the outfield after supporting it on the infeed!Or, you can fit these excellent extension tables to your machine and add 350mm of work support to each end of your sander, enhancing accuracy and surface quality.
