Front Edge Alignment Technology accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the mitre joint to accommodate any worktop width. It replaces traditional setup pins and accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the female mitre joint, for unrestricted worktop widths.
Narrow Inset T-Gauges create 3mm and 10mm insets quickly and easily. Perfect for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops; narrow insets give a cleaner aesthetic, prevent cutter wear, and improve cordless router runtime.
Male Cut-Line Positioning Device allows the jig to be positioned directly to the male cut line and remove the need for complex length, angle and offset calculations. These devices account for the 8.65mm cutter-to-guide bush offset and position the jig perfectly, giving highly accurate results for trapped and out-of-square installations.
Preset Connector Bolt Recesses accommodate all standard worktop bolt sizes, including Zipbolt and Unika Slimline connection bolts.
Indexed Backsets for 600, 610, 616, 620, 635, and 700mm worktops for standard 90 installations allow the female joint to be setup quickly.
