Kirschen tools are still largely crafted in the way they were made decades ago, forged from the finest steel and carefully heat treated to 61 Rc for exceptional edge retention along the blade. The blades are honed for immediate use, and the pear-shaped handles are designed for increased comfort. The handles feature a matte finish and fit beautifully in the palm of your hand for excellent control. All handles feature a flat bottom to keep the tool from rolling away. Tools are approximately 6 1/4in (159mm) and supplied in a sturdy wooden storage box.
Also known as Two Cherries, Kirschen is a family-owned business that has been making tools for almost 150 years.
