Torquata Bottom Cut Straight Plunge Router Bits 1/2in shank
Please note. The cutters on both sides do not overlap. This is to allow of clean waste removal when plunging. This means that in a router this will not be an issue. However this may be a problem for CNCs and due to this we do not recommend these bits for CNCs. Please use a Torquataspiral bit for CNC plunge cuts.
These bits offer that improved performance for only a small cost.
Bits 16.0mm diameter and above have a downshear angle for improved chip injection and smooth cut finish.
Straight bits are the most versatile bits and can be used for trenching, grooving, trimming and rebating either hand-held with a guide or in a router table. AllTorquatastraight bits are twin-fluted for a better-finished edge and long life.
