Torquata down cut single flute CNC spiral router bits

The down cut action of these CNC bits cuts from the surface down ensuring that you have a perfectly clean top edge. Down cut bits force the chips downward compacting them into the cut causing the bit to recut the same chips. This action can create heat and potential wear on the bit so requires a slower feed rate. They are not recommended for deep cuts.

They are ideal for through pocket cuts, edge cuts or any situation when a perfect upper edge is required.
