Tannin Remover is a ready-to-use product for removing stains and spots on wood caused by a reaction to acid and water. These spots tend to occur after coming into contact with moisture and metal. It can be used on untreated, oiled and waxed surfaces, and is suitable for outdoor applications. The Tannin Remover can be stored up to 24 months.

Rubio Monocoat Tannin Remover is ideal for black/tannin stains such as:

• Urine
• Rust stains
• Rings/stains from cans, flower pots, etc.

Also works well on water damage and efflorescence on exterior wood.

Please note: We highly recommend that you first test the product on a non-visible part of the wood, to test the effect of the product on your specific wood type. After a treatment with Rubio Monocoat Tannin Remover you may need to apply some oil in the original colour on the spot.
