We only sell and recommend genuine Velcro sanding disc backing pads for a reason: over countless years we’ve found that most machine manufacturer’s hook & loop backing pads are quickly worn out with regular disc changes.

While this means a higher upfront cost, as it’s not included with the machine price, you will buy this backing pad once and are unlikely to ever need to replace it for the lifetime of the machine.
