DeWalt Battery Adapter
Experience the freedom of bonding without the restriction of a power cable. The Tec 808 is supplied with a DeWalt Battery Adapter to suit 1820V batteries. To conserve battery life, the Tec 808 has two power settings: full power mode for maximum temperature and melt rate, and eco mode to extend battery life.
Environmentally Friendly
Hot melt adhesives are a clean, affordable bonding solution that produce little to no waste. Hot melts are used completely in the bond: there is no solvent, water or other chemicals that need to be packaged, transported, and or are released as the adhesive sets. Any unused adhesive in application equipment is simply remelted when the equipment is turned back on. Non-toxic, with no airborne chemicals or solvents, hot melts are kinder to both people and planet than many other kinds of adhesive technology.
