PROXXONs Micro Thicknesser delivers super-accurate, efficient dimensioning of timber for small projects in boards up to 80mm wide. It is ideal for craftspeople who need precise, repeatable results at a small scale with a perfect surface finish.

The Micro Thicknessers load-bearing components are all made of die-cast aluminium, with milled seats for bearings and spindles. These characteristics are essential for vibration-free, smooth thicknessing of soft and hard woods.
The feed table is built from of die-cast aluminium and milled flat. It is mounted on a triple-spindle, precision-engineered height mechanism that can be accurately adjusted by 0.1mm, allowing you to achieve consistent results at even the smallest scale.
The PROXXON Micro Thicknesser features automatic, even workpiece feed, with a knurled, spring-mounted infeed roller that transports even irregularly shaped work pieces, while the rubber-coated outfeed roller prevents marking the newly planed surface.
The German-engineered cutterhead uses two HSS knives to make short work of tough timbers, letting you get on with your project knowing your material is being looked after.
