Torquata’s Carbide Insert router bits means youll never have to replace or sharpen your router bits ever again!

Effective slab milling requires a quality surface planer bit. Torquatas 3-Flute Carbide Insert surface planing bits will become indispensable in your workshop for slab milling, surface planing, rabbeting and other applications where large amounts of material need to be removed using a CNC or router sled.

Replaceable insert cutters are cost-effective over time, as you only swap out the blades instead of the entire unit. They feature cutting edges along all sides, giving you four sharp cutting surfaces per blade. Once inserts become worn, it is simply a matter of loosening the screw with the Torx keyway provided and rotating to a fresh edge, only replacing with a new cutter once all four edges are dull. Knives are all indexed and fit perfectly in your router bit without additional adjustment.
