Simply centre and run the groove cutter along the edge of your veneered MDF or ply board to cut the 60 profile and then centre and run the tongue cutter along your timber edging to match the veneer to create a snug, strong and virtually invisible joint. Suits material 12.7 25.4mm thick.

You can even run the timber edging taller than the main board to create the appearance of a thicker table, say using a 30mm high edging on 19mm to create the appearance of a 30mm-thick table.
